alex marsh, director &
co-founder
With a background in some of the UK's top F&B and Hospitality companies, including Cadbury Schweppes, Mitchells & Butlers and Loungers, Alex’s experience includes leadership roles in operations, procurement, IT & systems, HR and training, as well as leading menu development and launch processes.
A move into the technology sector as Chief Operating Officer at Ten Kites further honed his expertise in software and menu systems, and he continues to support the industry by providing non-exec and advisory services to a number of software businesses in the UK. Despite his career switch to software and technology, Alex remains deeply passionate about great British hospitality, and is also director of a hospitality group in the Cotswolds.
david cook, director &
co-founder

David is a highly skilled chef, food operator and new product development expert with 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector. He has collaborated with major groups such as Leon, The Ivy Group, Bill's, Wholefoods Market, No. 1 Lounges and Caffè Nero. His expertise combines culinary creativity with a strong operational focus, ensuring processes are both efficient and effective.
His career spans roles from product development to managing multi-site operations, running specialty wholesalers and founding a successful food manufacturing company. More recently, he has specialised in configuring and implementing integrated hospitality software systems for a variety of F&B businesses, with particular focus on inventory management, menu publishing and food data tracking.
